* Through Tuesday morning
* low pressure will move northeast along a nearly stationary front
today and tonight. Storm total rainfall amounts from this storm
system will be between one and two inches over much of the
area. Some locations have already seen in excess of an inch of
rainfall. Another half inch to inch of rainfall is expected
through the evening hours. The excessive rainfall on the already
saturated ground will cause immediate runoff into streams and
rivers. Rivers and streams could rise out of their banks once
again over the next 24 hours. The storm system will move off to
the northeast tonight and this will take the heavier rainfall
with it.
